Syto Terms of Service
1. Who provides Syto
Syto is provided by Oleg Sergeyevich Mikhaylenko, an Individual Entrepreneur (Sole Proprietor) registered in the Republic of Armenia, TIN 20314933 and State Registration No. 286.1588307 ("Syto", "we", "us", or "our"). Our notice address is Apartment 2, 81/1 Manushyan Street, Arabkir, Yerevan 0012, Republic of Armenia. These Terms govern your use of Syto.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Syto. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly contact us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account where permitted by law.
3. The Service and health information
Syto helps users record meals, estimate calories and nutrients, review progress, and use AI-assisted food-recognition or coaching features. It provides general informational tools only. Syto does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not rely on Syto in an emergency or as the sole basis for medical, medication, allergy, pregnancy, or eating-disorder decisions.
4. AI estimates and your content
Food recognition, portions, calories, nutrients, and AI responses are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review and correct important entries. You retain rights you have in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and return it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, or content you do not have the right to use.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be offered through an app store. Before purchase, the store will display the available plan, price, currency, billing period, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions. Store purchases are also governed by that store's terms and refund rules and by mandatory local law. You manage or cancel a store subscription in the account settings of the store that processed it. Deleting your Syto account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
6. Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse Syto, bypass security, interfere with other users, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer except where law permits it, or use the Service to build or train a competing system. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or comply with law. We will not remove paid access without respecting applicable law and store rules.
7. Ending use and deletion
You may stop using Syto at any time. You can request account deletion in the application or through the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal compliance. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to data after a deletion request.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syto is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that estimates, features, or the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the country where you live. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court. Contact us at support@syto.ai.
